Laura Shaban received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in 2012. She is certified in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) by the American Physical Therapy Association’s Academy of Pelvic Health. Laura began her specialty training and education in women’s health and pelvic health physical therapy in 2011. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and an NSCA-certified personal trainer, with experience teaching yoga, Pilates, and prenatal/postpartum fitness. Her love of the study of movement evolved during her undergraduate education at Fordham University/The Ailey School where she received her BFA degree in Dance in 2004. Since then she has strived to help others improve their function and quality of life.
